Thank you. The following materials are available for qualified review.

You are viewing the pre-commercial investor brief for Abzu's Refinery, developed by Polar Natural Processing. The numbers below are drawn from actual machine operation — not projections, not benchmarks. We'll follow up by email to arrange a conversation.

01
The Investment Overview Opportunity summary, market position, and strategic thesis

Full investor deck access link will be provided in your follow-up email. A structured conversation with the founder is the recommended entry point — the deck is a supplement, not the pitch.

Abzu's Refinery is the first purpose-built architectural replacement for conventional ice-water trichome extraction. The market has operated on a retrofit — craft equipment adapted to commercial production — for over two decades. That retrofit is the industry standard. Abzu's Refinery is the replacement.

The documentation is from actual machine operation on the Refinery as built. The Refinery is complete and operational. The next stage is building the first commercial unit.

The opportunity is commercialisation capital — not R&D funding. The science is done. The prototype is real. The documentation is from actual operational runs. Capital is being sought to bring the first commercial unit to market — and the window before that deployment is the window to be positioned at the most advantageous terms.

Key Metrics at a Glance Documented from actual machine operation — extended data available on request
10% Demonstrated yield — cured trim Three independent test days · coefficient of variation 3.4% · 25.99 g/cycle mean
~60% Labour reduction vs conventional extraction 1 operator / 2 machines vs 2–3 per comparable output
~75% Water reduction per batch Structural — not process-dependent

Canonical yield: 10% on cured trim — demonstrated across three independent test days at coefficient of variation 3.4% on the 15-litre demonstration unit. Supporting band: Cured/dried trim 22–55 g/lb (4.85%–12.12%). Fresh frozen 45–113 g/lb (9.92%–24.91%) — fresh-frozen biomass packs at approximately 2.3× the density of cured trim, so per-cycle biomass capacity at fresh-frozen is proportionally higher, and the percentage yield is higher again because more trichome content is preserved.

Extended data including run logs, input material specifications, and operator time studies are available on request under NDA. Contact the founder via the link in Section 04 to initiate that conversation.

Current Build Status Where the machine and company stand today
Development Stage Refinery complete and operational — seeking capital to build first commercial unit
IP Status Proprietary architecture — method protected as confidential IP, not component
Capital Deployed Self-funded to date. Capital is now being sought for first commercial unit build and market activation.
Capital Sought Market activation capital — manufacturing, commercialisation, and market entry. The science and engineering are complete. The ask is to bring what exists to market.
Tier Architecture Five machine tiers — Enthusiast (consumer / botanical), Lab (medical-grade / pharma R&D), Prosumer (craft producer / boutique processor), Commercial 100L (LP / contract manufacturer / co-packer), and Commercial 200L (larger LP / export-ready facility). Companion Cryo-Prep Mill is a second proprietary product. The full tier reference — biomass per cycle, annual throughput, hardware cost, and annual revenue at canonical pricing — is documented in the Tier Ratios reference (3700).
Revenue Model Hardware sales across five tiers. Toll processing and licensing pathways for Lab and Commercial configurations. Extended data and financial projections available under NDA.
Per-Unit Revenue Potential At canonical operating conditions (10% yield on cured trim, 1,500 cycles per year single-machine commercial pattern, C$12/g wholesale 4⭐ standard To Channel BC median per the PricingMaster v2 reference): Lab C$605K · Prosumer C$1.82M · Commercial 100L C$6.07M · Commercial 200L C$12.15M annual wholesale per machine. Two Commercial 100L machines under one operator: C$10.11M combined annual wholesale. These are the architectural revenue potentials. Realistic buyer-side IRR after operational cost loading is 12–24 months.
Geographic Focus Western Canada initial. European market is a strategic target for the medical/pharmaceutical pathway — clean-label, low-carbon production is a regulatory direction across key markets.

The Five Doors Five ways a customer or capital partner engages the Refinery — pick the door that fits your interest

Abzu's Refinery is a single architecture but it is not a single business. Five distinct doors — each a different revenue model, each a different conversation, none mutually exclusive. The first door opened determines the shape of everything that follows. Click a door to see what's behind it.

Next Steps How to move from here to a structured conversation

Request a Conversation

The fastest path from this page to a meaningful exchange is a direct conversation with the founder. The machine, the numbers, the architecture, and the opportunity are best understood in dialogue — not documentation.

Additional materials — including technical documentation, full financial projections, run log data, and partnership structures — are available under NDA. Request via the conversation link above. All materials are provided after a brief qualifying conversation with the founder. There is no form for this. There is a phone call.
