Why Abzu is one operator

One contained cold-water separation & collection cycle: load → recipe → initiate → collect. No ice, no bag stack, no multi-wash. A ~60-min run; 6 runs a shift, two machines at once — 10 cycles a shift.

Why conventional needs 2–3

Ice to make or source, haul and load; 5–10 agitated wash rounds per cycle; yield hand-collected through a bag stack — a microfibre contamination point. ~2–4 hrs per batch.
